Sub: Notice of Annual Central Council Meeting –

NOTICE is hereby given that the 24^th Central Council Meeting (Annual - for the period 2012--2013) of AISCCON will be held on Sunday, the 29th Sept., 2013 at 10 a.m. at Jyeshtha Nagarik Bhawan, Behind Gaondevi Temple,  Plot 7-C, Sector 12, Nerul (West), Navi Mumbai 400 706 (Maharashtra), to consider the following Agenda. If there is no quorum at the appointed time, the Meeting will be adjourned for 30 minutes.  The adjourned Meeting will be called to order at 10.30 a.m. at the same place to consider the same agenda, for which no quorum will be necessary.

Agenda

   1.    Confirmation of the Minutes of the 23rd Central Council Meeting held

          at Navi Mumbai, on 29th July, 2012;

   2.    Adoption of Annual Report of the activities of AISCCON for the year

          2012-13 presented by the Secretary General;

   3.    Adoption of Audited Statements of Account of AISCCON for the year

          2012-13 presented by the Treasurer;

   4.    AISCCON News - Report presented by the Managing Editor;

   5.    Approval of Budget for the year 2013-14;

   6.    Appointment of Chartered Accountants and fixing their remuneration

          for audit of accounts for the year 2013-14;

   7.    13th National Conference of AISCCON at Lucknow (U.P.);

   8.    Plan  of  activities  during  the year 2013-14;

   9.    Declaration of results of Election to the Executive Committee (Office-

          bearers) of AISCCON for  the years 2013-16 by the Election Officers;

 10.    Nomination of two posts of Vice President and two posts of Joint

          Secretary;

 11.    Co-option up to three Members on Central  Council;

 12.    Filling of vacant posts, if any, of Executive Committee;

 13.    Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.

You are requested to attend the Meeting in time.

  1 . Dormitory accommodation is provided for members at the venue of the    

      meeting from 28th Sept, 2013 evening. Please contact the Jt. Secretary

      Shri M.P. Koranne (Mobile 098337 41935 / 022-27701835) about your arrival

      and departure and other help needed;

 2.  Arrangements for breakfast (between 9.30 & 10 a.m.) and lunch at 1 p.m. on

      29^th September, 2013 are made at the venue of the Meeting. Tea will be    

      served in the Morning and Afternoon Meeting Sessions..

Nerul is a Railway Station on Harbour Line of Central Railway. You can get local trains for Nerul from C.S.T. (Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus - 1 hour distance) or from Thane (30 minutes distance).  Get down on west side of Nerul Station and take an auto-rickshaw (fare Rs.15/-) to Jyeshtha Nagarik Bhawan, which is about 10 minutes walking distance from station.
