 Early Registrationn date extended from    15^th September2013  to 30^th September 2013 to facilitate
 railway reservations of delegates in advance  (60days)andfurnish the particulars in the Registration  Form.

                 The Early Registration charges will be as follows:

                1. Distinguished Delegate ---- Rs. 1500/- per head

                2. Regular Delegates    -------- Rs.   800/- per head.

 20% discount is admissible for spouse in both categories.
