RULES OF ELECTION
(i) The Proposer, the Seconder and the Candidate
must be different persons and also must be
members of the Central Council for the period 2013-2016.
(ii) A Member can either propose or second as many
candidates for different posts but the number
thereof shall not exceed the number of posts in each category.
Extra proposing / seconding will
make all the Nominations invalid.
(iii) Incomplete Nomination Paper shall be rejected.
(iv) Voting shall be by postal ballot.

Elections for the Executive Committee of ALL INDIA SENIOR
CITIZENS’ CONFEDERATION (AISCCON) for the period 2013-16
Elections
shall be held for the
following posts on the Executive Committee of ALL INDIA SENIOR CITIZENS’
CONFEDERATION (AISCCON) from the Central Council having representation
from various categories of Patrons, Privilege Members and Representatives
of affiliated Organisations as per the Memorandum of Association & Rules
and Regulations of AISCCON and the Election Programme given herein :

Central Council shall be sent by speed post to those Central Council Members
who need it on payment of Rs.200.00 (Rupees Two Hundred only) to AISCCON
at Nerul Address.
All information such as List of valid
and invalid Nominations, Final List of Candidates, etc.
shall be posted on the due dates as
shown in the programme given overleaf on the AISCCON Website www.aisccon.org.

Nominations duly completed may be sent by
any means such as speed post/ courier service/ ordinary post/ hand
delivery but these must reach the
undersigned Returning Officer / Additional Returning Officer latest
by 05.30 p.m. on Friday the 30th
August, 2013. Nominations received there after would
not be considered.
Ballot papers found to
be valid and received till 28th September 2013 up to 5.30
PM shall be considered for counting of votes on 29th September,
2013. Candidates themselves or their duly authorized representatives (one
each) can attend the counting of votes from 10 a.m. onwards
till declaration of result at Jyeshtha Nagarik Bhavan, Behind Gaondevi Temple, Plot No.7C,
Sector 12, Nerul (West), Navi Mumbai 400 706 (Maharashtra) at
AISCCON Office in the Annual Central Council Meeting on 29th
September, 2013.
