                                         Notes : (1)  Nomination of Shri Lal Chand Beli has been found to be invalid; he having filled it for the   

                                                            post of Assistant Secretary for which nomination was invited.  

(2)    Nomination of Shri D.T.Choudhary was not considered he having withdrawn it on 28-08-13

(3)  No nomination received for one post of Managing Editor (AISSCON News)

Last Date of withdrawal of Nominations is Thursday the 5^th September 2013

Any Candidate wishing to withdraw his nomination may do so by writing a simple letter mentioning his (i)  name and full address as given in the Nomination Paper  and (2)  the post for which he is withdrawing the nomination. Withdrawal letter duly signed and scanned can also be sent through e.mail to Shri C.D.Khare at his email address : chandrakant.khare@yahoo.co.in.   The letter be addressed to either of the two Election/Returning Officers and sent  through speed post/courier or by hand delivery at the choice of the individual candidate, but it must be ensured that it reaches the destination before 5.30 p.m. on 5^th September 2013.  Any Withdrawal after this date would not be taken into consideration.

Final List of Candidates will be declared and posted on AISCCON website On 7^th September 2013.
